The School district is soliciting sealed proposals for removal of 4-inches (+/-) of asphalt pavement, prep and place new HMA at the School (38,000 SF(+/-).

The Academy School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the School District.

A copy of the RFP will be available via email at dblackmar@charterschoolpartners.com by July 31, 2026.

A voluntary walk-thru inspection is scheduled for 1:00 pm August 6, 2026 at 730 W Maple St Lansing, MI 48906.

All proposals must be submitted no later than 12:00 pm, August 14, 2026. All proposals should be delivered to the above stated address in a sealed envelope and clearly marked to:
