Detroit Outdoors

Weston Academy is proud to partner with Detroit Outdoors in support of our Outdoor Club. Through its Camping Gear Lending Library and outdoor programming resources, Detroit Outdoors helps provide our students with access to the equipment and experiences needed to explore camping and the outdoors.

Central Education Foundation / American Snowsports Education Association

Through grant support from the Central Education Foundation and American Snowsports Education Association, Weston Academy students have the opportunity to experience skiing and participate in snowsports education. This partnership helps introduce students to new recreational activities, build confidence, and experience outdoor learning during Michigan’s winter season.

MI Snow – Michigan Snowsports Industries Association

Michigan Snowsports Industries Association supports Weston Academy’s skiing experience by providing transportation grand funding. Their support helps remove transportation barriers and makes it possitble for our students to participate in exciting winter recreation opportunities beyond the classroom.

Detroit River Story Lab

Through the Detroit River Story Lab’s Skiff and Schooner Program, Weston Academy students have opportunities to experience the Detroit River in an engaging and educational way. Programming and transportation grant support helps our students participate in a schooner ride while learning about the river, its history, and its importance to the Detroit community.

Zeal Credit Union

Weston Academy is excited to partner with ZEAL Credit Union to provide valuable financial resources for our families. Through this partnership, ZEAL Credit Union is providing grants for first-time homebuyers exclusively for Weston Academy families, helping members of our school community take meaningful steps toward homeownership.
